Sadr Company, with its extensive nationwide after-sales service network, has successfully ensured customer satisfaction through both warranty and non-warranty services. Currently, more than 120 active representatives across the country provide installation, training, and repair services. The company also continuously updates the technical knowledge of its representatives through regular training courses.
Sadr digital scales use high-quality load cells from reputable brands such as Zemic and Mavin, both of which comply with the OIML (Organisation Internationale de Metrologie Legale) standard. This international standard guarantees the accuracy and reliability of load cells in weight measurement.
All products also meet the Iranian National Standards, having successfully passed all necessary tests to obtain the relevant certifications. The standard seal issued by the Standards Organization is affixed to the scale, and the device’s standard license number can be found on the serial number label attached to the scale body.
To verify the validity of the standard license and its number, you can send the standard number via SMS to the Iranian National Standards Organization at 1000100. This process allows you to confirm the authenticity of the information and certifications issued for the device.
